Smoking: Outside Only
Trash: Take out Wednesday night for Thursday morning pick-up
Dishes: Loaded and start dishwasher before check-out
Cleaning Fee: Included in cost of stay
Thermostat: Set at 80 degrees before check-out
Fireplace: Wood-burning; only to be used October to March; guest must provide own wood and remove all ashes before check-out
